Aromatherapy Bath Salts can be used for your At-Home Pedicure and foot bath. You will need something to put both your feet into that will hold your feet and a gallon of warm water. Best if used with a towel under your foot bath. Sit back in a comfortable chair, stir in one cup of Aromatherapy Bath Salts in your favorite scent, (Lavender, Peppermint or Unscented) and read a book, or watch a show, or simply relax to the soothing sounds of your favorite playlist, and remember, the sounds of silence can be golden for a brief few moments of mindful meditation. Stay there for at least 15 minutes to a half hour. Towards the end of your soak, add a few drops of your favorite Aromatherapy Castile Soap. Use a wet cloth to massage your toes and heels, then dry your feet and toes with a dry, comfy towel. Enjoy!
You can also add 2 cups of Aromatherapy Bath Salts to a warm bath and soak yourself to bliss. For an added skin treat begin to use your Aromatherapy Castile Soap or a few pumps of Aromatherapy Body Wash, in your favorite scent, knowing you are infusing only natural, purely organic, plant-based soap onto your skin while relaxing in your epsom salt bath.
