Aromatherapy Bath Salts can be used for your At-Home Pedicure and foot bath. This is beneficial for both men and women, athletes of all ages, including young gymnasts, basketball players, baseball and softball players, soccer players, hockey players, golfers, and anyone who finds themselves on their feet working everyday.
You will need something to put both your feet into that will hold your feet and a gallon of warm water. Best if used with a towel under your foot bath. Sit back in a comfortable chair, stir in one cup of Aromatherapy Bath Salts in your favorite scent, (Lavender, Peppermint or Unscented) and read a book, or watch a show, or simply relax to the soothing sounds of your favorite playlist, and remember, the sounds of silence can be golden for a brief few moments of mindful meditation. Stay there for at least 15 minutes to a half hour. Towards the end of your soak, add a few drops of your favorite Aromatherapy Castile Soap. Use a wet cloth to massage your toes and heels, then dry your feet and toes with a dry, comfy towel. Enjoy!
